Service Description

Learning Spanish can be so much fun! In this class, children will learn basic Spanish words and phrases through games, songs, drawing, and interactive activities. Each week, we explore a different theme like colors, numbers, animals, family, and more. The class is designed especially for children ages 6–10 with fun and simple activities that help them speak, listen, and understand Spanish step by step. A joyful and natural way to learn a new language! Week 1: Greetings and Introductions Children will learn how to say “hello,” “goodbye,” and introduce themselves by name. We will use songs, games, and simple dialogues. Week 2: Colors We explore common colors (red, blue, yellow, green…). Kids will learn them through drawings, memory games, and songs. Week 3: Numbers We will learn numbers from 1 to 10 (and up to 20 if possible). We’ll play counting games, sing numbers, and do finger exercises. Week 4: Family Children will learn words like mom, dad, brother, grandma, etc. They will draw their family and practice how to introduce them. Week 5: Body Parts They will learn words like head, eyes, nose, hands, and feet. We will sing the song “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” and play “Simon Says.” Week 6: Animals Kids will learn about domestic and wild animals (dog, cat, lion, fish, cow…). We will play games imitating animal sounds and movements. Week 7: Clothing They will learn the names of clothes like shirt, pants, shoes, dress. We will do activities to “dress” dolls or drawings with clothing. Week 8: Days of the Week We will learn the days from Monday to Sunday. We’ll use songs, daily routines, and calendar activities. Week 9: Food and Drink Vocabulary for fruits, vegetables, water, milk, bread, etc. We will draw favorite foods and play “going to the market.” Week 10: Emotions and Feelings Children will learn how to say how they feel: happy, sad, angry, tired, etc. We will use faces, mirrors, and role play. Week 11: My House and My Room Vocabulary about home: bed, door, chair, window, kitchen. We will do drawings or mini models to identify objects in the house. Week 12: My Spanish Book As a course finale, each child will create their own illustrated book with what they learned: greetings, colors, family, emotions, etc. They will use drawings, words, and simple sentences. At the end, they will present their little book in Spanish to classmates or family!

Cancellation Policy

All class fees are non-refundable. These fees help us compensate our dedicated teachers and maintain the quality of our programs. The class fee covers the entire semester for the selected class. In addition, there is a one-time $20 registration fee per student, which helps provide initial funding for materials, space rental, and administrative costs. This registration fee is separate from class tuition. If you would like to participate in a class as a student, you must register and pay the class fee—regardless of age. Due to limited supplies and funding, only registered and paid students will receive materials and be included in activities. Parents are welcome to observe without participating in class activities. However, we strongly encourage parents to drop off their children when possible, as this provides a valuable opportunity for students to build independence and confidence while learning from trusted teachers.
