Service Description
Take Flight: A Comprehensive Intervention for Students with Dyslexia This curriculum is designed for use by dyslexia therapists and helps not only dyslexics, but struggling readers also. The purpose is to enable students to achieve and maintain better word recognition, reading fluency, reading comprehension and aid in the transition from a therapy setting to ‘real world’ learning. This class will be 4 days a week. The full course will last 4 semesters. This class is limited to FOUR students. The teacher is a professional in aiding students with dyslexia and other reading disabilities. The teacher is asking for a TWO YEAR commitment, broken up into 4 semesters. Cancellation Policy
All class fees are non-refundable. These fees help us compensate our dedicated teachers and maintain the quality of our programs. The class fee covers the entire semester for the selected class. In addition, there is a one-time $20 registration fee per student, which helps provide initial funding for materials, space rental, and administrative costs. This registration fee is separate from class tuition. If you would like to participate in a class as a student, you must register and pay the class fee—regardless of age. Due to limited supplies and funding, only registered and paid students will receive materials and be included in activities. Parents are welcome to observe without participating in class activities. However, we strongly encourage parents to drop off their children when possible, as this provides a valuable opportunity for students to build independence and confidence while learning from trusted teachers.
