Service Description

This 12-week LEGO® Robotics course introduces students ages 5–10 to the exciting world of engineering, problem-solving, and basic coding using LEGO® WeDo 2.0 and LEGO® SPIKE™ sets. Designed for beginners, this hands-on class blends play and learning as students build motorized LEGO models, bring them to life with simple coding, and explore real-world science and engineering concepts. Younger students use WeDo 2.0 to learn foundational skills through guided builds and drag-and-drop coding, while older students progress to SPIKE to tackle more advanced challenges involving sensors, movement, and logic. Throughout the course, students will: Build and program interactive LEGO models Learn basic coding concepts such as sequences, loops, and cause-and-effect Explore STEM topics like motion, forces, and problem-solving Practice teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking Gain confidence as they design, test, and improve their own creations Each week introduces a new challenge or project, encouraging curiosity and experimentation in a fun, supportive environment. The course culminates in a final build where students showcase what they’ve learned. No prior coding or robotics experience is required—just a love for building and discovering how things work!

Cancellation Policy

All class fees are non-refundable. These fees help us compensate our dedicated teachers and maintain the quality of our programs. The class fee covers the entire semester for the selected class. In addition, there is a one-time $20 registration fee per student, which helps provide initial funding for materials, space rental, and administrative costs. This registration fee is separate from class tuition. If you would like to participate in a class as a student, you must register and pay the class fee—regardless of age. Due to limited supplies and funding, only registered and paid students will receive materials and be included in activities. Parents are welcome to observe without participating in class activities. However, we strongly encourage parents to drop off their children when possible, as this provides a valuable opportunity for students to build independence and confidence while learning from trusted teachers.
